In 1963, she made her film debut in the Italian comedy "Il Successo," and soon became a sought-after actress in her home country.

In 1965, Incontrera caught the attention of Hollywood producers and was cast in the film "The Dirty Game," alongside Hollywood legends Henry Fonda and Robert Ryan. Her performance was praised by critics, and she quickly became known as the "Italian Bombshell" in Hollywood.

Over the next few years, Incontrera appeared in several films, including "The Big Gundown" (1966) and "The Hills Run Red" (1966). She also starred in the cult classic "The Green Slime" (1968), which has since become a fan favorite.
