Jamie Spaniolo, better known by his stage name Jamie Madrox, is a rapper and member of the hip-hop duo Twiztid. Born on November 5, 1975, in Detroit, Michigan, Madrox grew up in a troubled household and turned to music as an escape.

In the early 1990s, Madrox formed the group House of Krazees with fellow rapper Monoxide Child. The group gained a following in the underground rap scene and released several albums before disbanding in 1997.

Madrox and Monoxide Child then formed Twiztid, signing with Psychopathic Records, the label founded by Insane Clown Posse. Twiztid's debut album, Mostasteless, was released in 1998 and quickly became a cult classic. The duo has since released over a dozen albums, including The Darkness, Abominationz, and The Continuous Evilution of Life's ?'s.

Madrox's lyrics often touch on themes of horror, darkness, and personal struggles. He has been open about his battles with addiction and mental health issues, and his music has been a source of comfort and inspiration for many fans.

In addition to his work with Twiztid, Madrox has collaborated with a variety of artists, including Tech N9ne, Blaze Ya Dead Homie, and Boondox. He has also released solo albums, including Phatso and Jamie Madrox: The Wormwood Collection.
