About K. J. McDaniels

K. J. McDaniels is a rising star in the world of basketball. Born on February 9, 1993, in Birmingham, Alabama, McDaniels grew up playing basketball with his older brother. He attended Central Park Christian School in Birmingham before transferring to Shades Valley High School in nearby Irondale.

McDaniels was a standout player in high school, earning All-State honors and leading his team to the state championship game. He went on to play college basketball at Clemson University, where he was named the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.

After his junior year, McDaniels declared for the NBA draft and was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round. He played for the 76ers for two seasons before being traded to the Houston Rockets in 2015.

McDaniels has since played for several other NBA teams, including the Brooklyn Nets, Toronto Raptors, and Oklahoma City Thunder. He has also played overseas in China and Europe.
