Nikolay Antoshkin born on 19 December 1942 in Kuzminovka. He is a citizen of Russia. Nikolay Antoshkin was educated at Gagarin Air Force Academy and Orenburg Military Aviation Piloting High School. He obtained Doktor Nauk in Warfare. He died on 17 January 2021 in Moscow at age 78 years.
He was a Russian Air Force colonel general and statesman.

Nikolay Antoshkin has held the position of member of the State Duma.
He is also known as Nikolay Timofeyevich Antoshkin.
Antoshkin died in January 2021 after being treated for COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia. An official notice from the State Duma reads: "After a serious illness, our comrade, State Duma deputy, Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolay Timofeyevich Antoshkin passed away".
