In 2005, Lewis landed the role of Mr. Moseby in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, a Disney Channel show that became a massive hit among kids and teenagers. His portrayal of the strict but caring hotel manager won the hearts of many viewers, and he continued to play the character in the show's spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck.
