About Robert Costanzo
Robert Costanzo is a character actor who has been a familiar face on both the big and small screens for over four decades. Born on October 20, 1942, in Brooklyn, New York, Costanzo began his acting career in the 1970s, appearing in small roles in films such as "Dog Day Afternoon" and "The Goodbye Girl."
However, it was his role as Joey in the hit musical "Grease" that brought him to the attention of a wider audience. Costanzo went on to appear in numerous films, including "Total Recall," "City Slickers," and "Die Hard 2."
On television, Costanzo has had recurring roles on popular shows such as "The Sopranos," "Friends," and "Modern Family." He has also lent his voice to animated series such as "Batman: The Animated Series" and "The Simpsons."
Despite his prolific career, Costanzo remains humble about his success. In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, he said, "I'm just a guy who's been lucky enough to work with some great people."
Costanzo's talent and versatility have earned him the respect of his peers in the industry. Actor and director Jon Favreau once said of him, "He's one of those guys who's always working, always dependable, always funny."
At 78 years old, Costanzo shows no signs of slowing down. He continues to work in both film and television, and his fans eagerly anticipate his next project.
