About Dancing with the Stars (U.S. season 25)
The 25th season of Dancing with the Stars was a spectacle of sequins, glitter, and jaw-dropping dance moves. The show featured a diverse cast of celebrities, including former NFL player Terrell Owens, singer Debbie Gibson, and actor Frankie Muniz. The competition was fierce, with each contestant bringing their A-game to the dance floor.
One of the standout performances of the season was Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas' Viennese Waltz to "Anchor" by Mindy Gledhill. The dance was a beautiful display of grace and elegance, earning the pair a perfect score from the judges. Another memorable moment was Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold's contemporary dance to "Take Me Home" by Us the Duo. The emotional performance left the judges and audience in tears and earned the couple another perfect score.
The season was not without controversy, as former White House press secretary Sean Spicer was cast as a contestant. Many viewers were outraged by his inclusion, citing his controversial past and political affiliations. Despite this, Spicer made it to the sixth week of the competition before being eliminated.
In the end, it was Fisher and Arnold who took home the Mirrorball Trophy, with Stirling and Ballas coming in second place. The season was a thrilling ride from start to finish, showcasing the incredible talent and hard work of the contestants.
